Up and at ‘em

I recently bought an ant farm.
I wonder where I can get tractors small enough for it...

I may have pissed off an army of creepy crawlies.

Yesterday I was outside cleaning some paint brushes when I noticed all these ants running all over the place. So I turned the hose on them.

This seemed to have little effect, though. Just pissed them off a bit.
Not like that time that my dad tried getting rid of an underground wasps nest by pouring petrol down the hole, which resulted in half a hill being blown up. That was cool.

I thought nothing more of the ants until I got to work this morning. My desk was crawling with them. I can’t work out why. There’s no food, or crumbs, or cocaine lying around to attract them. I’ve been sitting here all day and just when I think I’ve killed the last of them, a new one turns up from God Knows Where.

Is it possible that those ants I tsunamied yesterday have somehow followed me to work and are now waging an all out war of annoyance?

If this keeps up, I’m coming to work tomorrow with a can of petrol.

I can’t see how anything can go wrong…
