It's been a year since I stopped smoking.

Weed.

Oh, I'm still in possession of.

I just don't feel possessed enough to partake in.

It wasn't a conscious decision. It wasn't an unconscious decision.
I'm not saying it's a good thing, or a bad thing. I'm just saying it is a thing.
And stuff.

Yeah.

What?

It's also been … ah fuck working out how many days … it's been … ah…. however many days since August 14, 2005 is … since I stopped wearing a wrist watch, because I decided that I didn't need to be such a time slave anymore.

However, I did recently get my daughter a watch so I could teach her how to tell time.

More specifically, so I could teach her to tell when it is 7.00am.

That's the time (AND NO EARLIER!) that she is allowed to come into our room and start bothering us about making her breakfast.

So, yeah. She can tell when it's 7am now.

She still wakes me up before 7am though. She stands over me, breathing deeply until I wake up and see her standing over me.

Curse her and her stomach that wants feeding at 6.30 in the morning!

And curse mine that always seems to be hungry at midnight!

Baby Ginge (16 months) has been learning how to walk.

She's taking lots of small journeys.

Then she sits down.
Because she's lazy.

I have no idea where gets that from.

Another milestone.

It's six months since I gave up bothering to be bothered about emptying my email spam folder.

There's 902 spam messages sitting in there undeleted right now!
