D-Missus got an eternity ring after our first year of marriage.

It was custom-made to go with her other two rings.

She lost the eternity ring last year. Somewhere at home. Perhaps one of the kids ate it.

She was hoping it would resurface during/after the move.

It didn't/hasn't.

Now she wants a new ring.

It seems eternity is not as long as you'd think…
