I have a paying gig tomorrow, photographing an outdoor wedding.
So, of course, there’s been a warning issued for strong winds and heavy rain for the last day of summer.
I hope they don’t ask me to Photoshop out all the raindrops afterwards…

I’m also taking on a student again to make some extra money in these “you –greedy-bastards –fucked- up-your-housing –market– and-the –rest- of-the-world-at-the –same-time” times.
I’m charging top dollar this time. But his parents live in a motherfucking mansion, so Boo motherfucking Hoo.
Might have my work cut out for me here, though.
This kid is just 10-years old. He goes to a private school. He’s super smart. A top student. Well ahead of his years. Has a million extra curricular activities he excels in. Probably knows more about gramma than I do.
:)
I’ve been through this period where I’ve been trying not to compose new songs.
My approach so far has been to write a song, worktape it, then move on to the next thing. But I’ve been deliberately trying to slow down and go back and relearn some of my favourite ones. Just in case.
So I’ve been trying not to compose new songs.
And failing.
