I have been hankering to learn the guitar. But I would definitely want a worn one..not a too shiny one.

Look on the bright side: Either she's a guitarist worth her salt, which means it will eventually wind up as banged up and beloved as any guitar you have or will ever have, or she's not, and she'll wind up needing to sell it for vacation dosh, and you can pick it up from her then.

She is flat broke now. But she also just this morning played me an mp3 of a song she'd recorded in a professional studio on sunday with her new guitar and it sounds Orsum. I reckon it's good enough for radio. That bitch.
